How is that racist. LA is one of the most ethnically diverse cities in the world. You go to UCLA/USC/Santa Monica College/ FIDM/ CSUN and you'll see that the demographics of the student body mirror that diversity.

That doesn't change the fact that you're still being racially biased. You're criticizing this series for having mostly white people in it. Whether there's a hundred black people in this series or a hundred white people in this series, it doesn't matter. A movie doesn't NEED ethnic diversity to be good, it just happens to be what it happens to be. Why do they need to fill any particular quota of racial diversity?

As you pointed out, they made everyone 18-25 because that's the age of people on a college campus. Why not make it racially diverse like the actually demographic of a college campus. Mentioning race doesn't make someone racist. As much as people like to assume that we are post-racial, we aren't. If i were to make a movie in China, I would expect there to be Chinese people in that movie. If someone makes a movie that takes place on an American campus, I would think there would be a mix of people.

I assumed that this was a student project (and a pretty good one, as far as those go), and you assumed it was cast specifically this way.
