i got 1gig ram ddr1 ati1650 pro 512mb p4 2,60Ghz HT and play it on high except the shadows off, runs like a charm, expansion same and the 3rd standalone also, only thing i need is now 2 gig 2x1024mb to play other games on high. ps the game is owns and is scary as hell, the girl scared me a lil i tought fiuew thats over! then boem that fettel guy appears and i shit my pants!!

shadows will give you lag and highquality settings on sound will give you big lag spikes especially if your online gaming with 16people,the cpu is ok,i have x1900gt and amd 4600,and thid will max everything else with 1280x1024 and gets highs of 60fps and lows of 25, id recogimend a card with more than 256mb and more powerful than a x1900gt or 7900gt,also this game runs better with nvideo because ati lags when sound settings are high also at is cheaper but same power

anyother thing do not get any of the nvidia card bewteen 8400 and the 8600+ even if it has 512mb of ram,the 8800with 320mb is the lowest to go with if you want card with direct x 10,anything higher you going to need a new cpu because bottle necking and do not get a 8600 512mb over the 320mb 8800card because the 512 sucks and is worse than my x1900gt or 7900gt,but still nvidia plays this game without any issues
