  • he's probably thinking

    "get back in that kitchen"

  • Uh, so, it can do everything if you're attractive and affluent. Apple you've stayed the course. Good on you.

  • Nice. Fit women back then had back.

  • She can also hook up a webcam & take her top off to satisfy the onanistic desires of millions of men all around the planet...

  • These days, men in commercials are depicted as clueless, bumbling fucktards.

  • OMG, look at those external 5 1/4" disk drives.

The monitor just sits right on top of the computer.

  • personal computer is the same word as PC Apples and PCs?

    APPLE and MAC fail

  • 'Could probably put a lot of recipes in there' LOL sexism at its peak.

  • @andyhmltn LOL I agree, but I think they were making that joke as a slap to the face of sexism back then. It makes sense, and it's funny.

  • Perhaps the computer helps her come up with strategies to make the perfect sandwich.

  • Dick Cavett...chauvinist.

  • Wait a second... Did the dude just say that the Apple is a "Personal Computer?" Does that mean that the Apple is a "PC?!" Oh Noes! The horror! Apple actually produces PC's!!

  • SOMEONE STOP THAT BITCH, SHE'S TOO DAMN SMART FOR HER OWN GOOD

  • LINUX

  • @xTriggz Yeah, Linux! Why didn't that women use the time-travel distro?! You know, the Ubuntu Linux made in 2011 for the MOS-6502 CPU which was shipped to 1981?

  • @ImoenOfTelengard I would have done that if I were her.

  • Back when women were hot... those were the days.

  • "i'm looking at gold fortunes" "get back in the kitchen bitch."

  • BEST beginning to a porno EVER!

  • damn .. people sounds creapy in the 80s

  • It IS Dick Cavett!!

  • 90's: Apple is so terrible with their computers that they crash. They were dead. No money anymore. Steve Jobs was begging in Bill Gates's office for help, which he gave. In 1997 Apple was back. And lucky not with only computers anymore. Else they wouldn't exist anymore right now.

  • @murdoch201 Bill Gates only helped because they'd have been split up into smaller separate companies if they didn't as Apple would have taken them to the cleaners in the courts due to all the copyright and patent infringements Microsoft took part in. Microsoft was in as much shit as Apple, only not financially, but legally. Also, they still only made computers until 2001 when the first iPod came out. The iMac and Johnny Ive's designs brought them back from the brink.

  • Yep, Apple was the appliance of the 80s which few households could even afford.

  • @NuGanjaTron Back rhen Apple was actually cheaper.

  • Lol the women stereo type of doing nothing but cooking and cleaning is such a classic XD

  • If I could travel in time I would sell old computers that are free today and sell them to people back in the day for a lot of dough and use that money to buy gold back then and be rich now, and I'd holla at a fine 1980s chick that that blonde broad.

  • Isn't that Dick Cavett?!

  • >: 4 8 15 16 23 42

  • Old technology scares me

  • apple the waste of money in the 00's

  • Apple PC? THAT'S IMPOSSIBLE!

  • @Zvesda Apple sort of invented the Personal Computer = PC. Before that they were just for business with companies like IBM and HP

  • @yabanize 30 years later and there still unaffordable pieces of shit. Like buying a brand name shirt only to realise its a 0.20c shirt made in china with a crappy logo on it.

  • I love How Sexist he is When he Goes "You probably put lots of recipes in There" Even BAck IN THE 80s They HAd The right idea

  • @italia989 The future must make you want to go back into the caves.

  • Damn,. she'd suck better than a vacuum.

  • This must be the new iPad. Wonder what kind of apps come with it.

  • Dick Cavett is 73 now. Wow!

  • @thegorn68 Jesus...did he actually get older too? What the fuck is with people doing that aging shit?

  • hahaha i love how they start to beat down the sexist trend of commercials thru the years.

  • sexist fake and gay

  • That dude...sounds so un-cannily like microsoft Sam!

  • sexiest!

  • agreed!

  • and what software was that person using to do trends? I had an Apple 2E from 1985 to 1993 and used a program known as Word Talk. It was for people who are visually impaired. Now, all the programs for people like me are on the PC of course, but I remember the above mentioned Word Talk, and a lot of different games uch as Black Jack and various math/science games. Now Apple has Voice Over that i've heard mixed reviews on.

  • @manyvideoinerests Any computer that you have in your house is called a "PC." Yes, even a Macintosh is a PC! Oh, the horror!

PC = Personal Computer, it has NOTHING to do with the "brand" of computer.

  • Apple wasn't the computer of the computer of the 80s.

That belongs to Commodore 64, over 15 million in that decade IIRC.

  • cost a steel mill to own one of those machines. wasnt till the pc revolution when comps became affordable for everyone

  • best comment so far :)

  • Actually the commodore 64, atari 800xl, and all the other 8-bits were pretty cheap back then.

  • Yes it sure did.

  • @lonepantherAK True dat!

  • @lonepantherAK - A lot you know. That Apple II was about $1400 or so. Have a look at PC prices. An IBM PC around then was almost $1600. And a TRS-80 was $3,450 - $3,899 if you wanted a whole 64k RAM.

  • @lonepantherAK "PC Revolution"? Hardly. And PCs weren't even cheaper until a few years ago when they began to ship shittier computers.

  • LOL ][

  • Best computer of the 80's was actually the Commodore Amiga!

  • Comment removed

  • Wrong, best computer of the 1980's was the Commodore 64! The best CPU of the 1980's was the MOS-6502 -- which was so powerful that it powered not only the Commodore 64 and the Apple ][, but also the first generation of Terminators!

  • @Uberdude25 what about the TRS-80?

  • appliance???

  • I run apple II emulation on my q9670!! hahahha!!

  • i miss Steve Jobs (:

  • 20 years later it still is the best computer there is, i mean i dont have anything against microsoft, but apple was the computer of the 80s and now its the computer of the 2000s

  • Microsoft doesn't build computers???

  • Was that Cavet or Frost?

    Never could tell them apart.

  • Cavet
