Ever since getting obsessed with Prussia, and then hearing Jonathan Brooks voice him with that really thick and obnoxious German accent in the dub, I have been known to frequently assert myself by speaking in my own version of that accent albeit more obnoxious, for my own enjoyment or the dismay of others. XD However, I don't do the Kesesese very well bc it's often forced, but when it isn't, my lousy voice crack makes it unawesome. XP

Yes, he is. And I suppose that's intentional. Funimation seemed to really go all out with the dub by making their best voice actors act like the mortal embodiments of the world's nations, so adding to the amount of stereotypes already in this series, they made it more politically incorrect by giving them bizarre and archaic stereotypical accents. To be honest, they've all made me die a little inside, but I kind of love that type of humor, so I'm ok w/ it
