From one Lions fan to other Lions fans I just want to say- Things are starting to turn around, we might even be good sometime in the future, as we seem to have a competent GM and coach. When you see videos like this as well as the comments berating your team, the best approach is just to agree amongst ourselves that the Millen years just didn't happen.

because now we have A-rodg at the helm, of course most pack fans say brent who. But I am not 100% sold on rodgers, i know i know back 2 back 4000 yds , 58tds-20 ints in his first 2 years, blah blah, none of that has to do with winning big games, most of his stats are against mediocre teams, also, not name one scrambling QB that has been successful his ENTIRE career. At some point i wanna see him stand in that pocket drop back and pass, because soon he wont have a choice!

@sh0rtymac85 rodgers is not a scrambling quarterback my any means, he just has to, and he's good at it. brett was the same way when he was younger. don't worry about him, if he has a pocket to stand in he does fine, it's just been rare for that to happen haha

@sh0rtymac85 and this game wasnt against a mediocore team? that year we went 13-3 with favre our schedule was just as easy as last year, and favre choked given 2 chances then failed in OT. Rodgers has the skill remember he's still young... which remind me a some guy named steve young who was told couldnt win games.

I remember watching this last year; Favre OWNED the Lions all afternoon. The Packers won 37-26 to improve to 10-1; coincidently, the Cowboys also won their Thanksgiving game, beating the Jets 34-3, to also improve to 10-1 & set up 10-1 Green Bay vs 10-1 Dallas the following week. Ironically enough, Favre & the Jets both playing on Thanksgiving last year, & we know how they are doing this year...:-)

@hunterofmammoths well you hated us in the 60s,70s, (in the 80s we both sucked) and 90s. Now everyone just pities us. Although you just wait until a couple years. The Bears and Vikes aren't gonna be that good, and The Lions will be rebuilt and it will be between us. I'm the king of wishful thinking though. Although give us credit, we drafted well over the last couple.

@Kenner81 well, I've only been around for the '90s and '00s... :P I'm actually a big fan of your current approach to team-building though. Go out and grab the receiver, TE, RB, QB that you want to build the offense around, steadily with first-round picks so's you can get the top talent for it. Stafford/Best/Johnson/Pettigre­w could be really dangerous in a few years, sorta the way San Fransisco's going about things.

i believe that Donald Driver doesnt get the attention he deserves, because he IS a great reciever, and unlike "some" recievers in the spotlight, he can break tackles and take hits and still get up to make great catches as seen here. GO PACK!!! (super bowl)
