@AdrianRPG It's "とリオシーケンサ" (Trio Sequencer), we can play two or three mario sequencer file at the same time, and use CHEAT mode (sharp and flat available).
It's from Goemon's Great Adventure for the Nintendo 64. I recognize the music as being from the second castle or third castle (can't remember) called Ryugu Castle.

The song is called "At Ryugu, Daily Life on Turtle Back". Search for it on Youtube to get the proper song from the GGA OST.
