From the front, it looks alright. It wouldn't be too hard to make the front, seeing as though you'd just use the hand logo, like l4d1, and add all the random "rated M" and valve icons and stuff.

However, NO videogame has a back that looks like that. Seriously. If anything, it would have been better if you just used the old text, on the l4d1 box, retyped it in photoshop into valve's font, and kept the formatting of the back panel similar. You could pull it off, back just needs a bit more work.
