lol you need a bigger box that looks like less than 1 cu ft...your doing more damage than good,,,these subs need at least 2.5 to 3 cu ft ...vented is the best way...go learn.

a pioneer premier is just a different line of pioneer subwoofers. this sub happens to be a champion series sub that is in a box that is wayyy too small for the sub.

If you had 1000watts max then it sounds like you had the 10inch pioneer. So you were probably putting 400w rms when it was intended for 350w rms.

I'm not familiar with future shop, I'm in Australia. The amp might just have a blown fuse so replace that but im pretty sure you will have to get a new sub, get one with at least 400w rms rating if your gonna use your existing amp with it.

me nd my friend have tested my sub/amp.. and the sub is deffinetly blown... but the amp is tricky... the fuses arnt blown... its still powered up... the lights come on... but theres no power being thrown to the sub...

Try another sub or speaker with it just to be sure, if that doesnt work then maybe take it to a professional and have them test it.

the same thing happened to my brothers kenwood amp

the light would come on, and when the radio turned on the subs would like a short bump typa thing (it was a stock radio so it was a POS) but when you tried to play music nothing would happen

the amp ended up being dead so we had to get a new one

aha i got mine fixed since my last comment on this video, and i completly blew the amp up, future shop told me it was 800 watts, when it was really only 800 watts MAX and 85 rms, alot lessthan i though it was.... got a new amp now, kenwood 850 rms... big mothafucka haha

Music Power is 1400 watts. frequency response 20-180Hz. impedance (ohm rating): this one (Pioneer TS-W307D2) is 1 or 4 ohm with dual 2 ohm coils. the other version (Pioneer TS-W307D4) is 2 or 8 ohm with dual 4 ohm coils. you can wire the coils in series or phase but you must wire both.

q bien q suena me sorprende, yo en vez de caja lo que ando es una "bazooka" o caja redonda. lo unico es q la planta q tengo naaa la voy a cambiar es una pioneer de 200 pero aun asi siento q suena bien para ser tan poca potencia. no solamente el sub. los parlantes estan con la potencia del Stereo. tengo una targa de 120 para los cuatriaxiales pero no se la pongo porque me parece que los esfuerza mucho.

hey suena super bn! yo tengo el mismo sub y no c q ocupa realmente. mmm crees q lo puedo conectar directamente con el radio del carro q es uno de esos pioneer de salida 45x4? podria dañar el sub o el radio o simplemente no me sonaria para nada el sub? es q un amigo andaba una bazooka conectada asi no mas pero le trabajaba bien el sub con el radio nada mas, por eso pregunto.
