I love thier first album and the show for that tour was great. Since then I've just found them a but boring - I like them, have all thier albums and have been to every tour but they just seem to have gotten bigger rather than better.

I think the first and second albums had more depth than the stuff since.

I didn't know Chris Martin ever played at the Filmore. How I wish I could have seen this show. This was when they were brand new, playing small venues. Now, they are playing stadiums! This clip is very reminiscent of the young, innocent band that they were. Chris looks so young!

i think people dont like the new Coldplay because they wrote it with way more feeling or put too much thought into it. like yellow was written because they thought it was the right word for the song and it was an instant hit. i feel that people think they can give a meaning to a Coldplay song back then and thats why they like them better and they didn't have this long stretched out meaning to it.

@theinck u have some big cahonas for critisizing their new stuff. Funs seem 2 get insulted whenever i say their new stuff was shit. Quite honestly, i think they tried 2 hard on viva la vida, n as a result their material sounded 2 contrived. I think they pondered over the theme of the album 2 much, n this constricted their original creativity as a group.

Ok, #1 Guitar Hero is just a game, it doesn't come close to the real thing #2 it's crap #3 Being a godo drummer, doesn't mean you have to play the same thing as on the album, that counts for every musician.

Ok ok, the drumming might be quite accurate, but the rest is just terrible. And, btw, the fact that Will Champion was a musician anyway helped alot to get him to play drums, he might not be the best drummer, but neither was Ringo, and he, they both do exactly what is necessery, not too much, not to little.

Will only started playing drums when coldplay needed a drummer.... Hes actually a very talented guitar player. Chris said that Will was like a "human juke-box" cuz he knew more songs than anyone he knew at London University.

i actually can play it on a real drum set and guitar hero, and i like the song and the band, hes a good drummer but theres things i noticed live, it didnt sound bad it just wasnt the same, and he didnt look smooth or relaxed , but i know he really puts his heart in to there songs and i respect that i really do!! there a great band its just that i noticed that, and this song really gets to me, this song fix you and scientist are the best!!

yeah honestly I respect him as a drummer as well, but this song in particular isn't too difficult. I play guitar but I can play this on my drummer's set because I have a pretty solid sense of rhythm

Not really. Chris doesn't control the rhythm in this song - the drums. Beats Per Minute, as it's called, was way slower than normal, and TOO slow, as far as I'm concerned.

Still, a solid performance.
