omg the closest iv ever gotten to chaining 40 was 38. i was super cautious and picky about wat patch of grass to go in. when i finally found one that i was satisfied with there was a different pokemon in it. i wanted to destroy my ds so bad. it took me hours to get to 38 *cries* but yes...i stopped chaining for a long time after that...

To get the Poke Radar, see all the Pokemon in the Sinnoh Pokedex, then talk to Professor Rowan.

If you want the Poketch app, go to the Poketch Company and talk to the President.

To get Umbreon, you have to evolve it from an Eevee. If the Eeevee is at maximum friendship (make it go up by winning battles with it, healing it, giving it massages, feeding it Protein/Carbos etc.) and you level it up during the night, it will evolve into an Umbreon.

people always forget to say that you will know if the chain is broken when your about to fight .

the chaining number at the top of the app will quikly disappear a 1.5 second before the battle before the screen turns black

it means the number of steps you are from the grass patch, the 4 are better ones, specially 4x0 - 4x1 and 4x2, the other ones suck

The farther away the grass that shakes is, the more likely the Pokemon will not break your chain.

I'm almost 100% sure that there are some rules you dont follow. I havent watched this whole vid, but there is a certain vid that includes like 10 rules in it. One of the most important one is that you have to see all 4 patches of grass to be safe. Always go to the farthest, if you cant determine the farthest, use the pokeradar again and again until you see it.

Yesterday I was only able to chain 21 the highest, but after watching more vids, I am now able to chain up to 100 :D.

Explorer kit for Skull and Armour, you need national dex for the rest, although I have yet to find an Old Amber.

Just keep digging at the small star things underground, providing you are playing pokemon diamond. If you only have pearl, you need to trade. I think you can get both on Platinum.
