@Lorenzo7990 It's just a manpower/apparatus presence. Video may have been edited for time but it appeared they worked very quickly to extricate the patient which was impressive. Still, had it been an extensive cut out or in extreme conditions(heat/cold) they'd of needed to rotate the crews through to avoid exhaustion and injury, and the apparatus is there to increase scene visibility and safety as a barrier from traffic.

If you see an accident like this and report it, use entrapment.

My guess is that they sent the whole station just in case of a fire..with that being all high rise there and all...you know what I mean.

They are in separate stations, thus, I was saying for all of them to be on the scene of a pin-in, all of the #1 units in the CFD.
