@afylio You enable the cheats by typing "sv_cheats 1" in the console and then you type "thirdperson" in the console

@afylio First you need to enable the developer console by going to the Options -> Keyboard -> Advanced... and make sure the Developer console checkbox is checked. Then while in the game press the Tilda key on your keyboard. It is the key right under the Esc key.

@afylio you mean the third person view? It's a cheat. You can't use it on public servers. I did it on the local server for this video.
