absolutely! you can listen to the stream with any media player. I use iTunes and Winamp. You will also be able to hear the show, music and all, in the stickam! :-)
Honestly, I don't know how they test the donors. I am going to have to learn about that too as my sister will get tested for me. I don't plan on going that route, but gotta go thru all the options.

oh, i asked about it yesterday. it's a cheek swab. Easy peasy. What I'd be scared about - actually donating the marrow. needles in bone doesn't sound pleasant ;-)

We'll see about the trying again part. I don't think I'll go back to the same place. I may have to go to the actual blood bank in town because that place was ghetto rigged.
i was gonna suggest that. the people AT the bank are usually better trained, and they can take their time with you and everything. until this time I'd been going to the center. i do like the center route! :-)

Oh Luka. Congrats on being a one gallon donor! My hubby got to the 1 gal. and all he got was a mug with a big red "1" on it.
You got all sorts of cool stuff!
I can't give blood so I appreciate those that do. And with my leukemia I super, uber appreciate the marrow donor effort!
