how are you getting 249nm? I have a fully rebuilt ZE with Fidenza flywheel, full stainless de-cat, uprated FPR, CAI etc etc and i'm only getting 189.7bhp and 220nm.
What difference does the K8 box make in 5th? i've heard they rev out at like 135mph.

The A/F ratio with the kl36 ecu was 11,9 at WOT
And yes its a fat passenger 100KG
Temp meter was not working
Rebuilt the engine . Now 193 hp and 249 nm and 13,7 at WOT need a FPR
