Im just being either curious or stup*d, but are those videos only or time lapse work? I am going to Iceland in 3 weeks and pretend to do some videowork like yours, This one has a beautiful saturation work.

@hristijank2 I'm not sure, but they take like 1 photography each 10 seconds (i don't really know the time between each photo) and they put together all the pictures, each one is like .15 or .30 seconds long so they can made the time lapse motion... :P
@MsDaniel911 no no... i know whats time lapse... u put thousands of 3-sec long esposure pictures (example) but how they do the motion... i mean the movement look how the camera moves.. they must move the camera like every frame for about 1mm... this is like done with machine...
@hristijank2 Most of these movements are going to be a dolly (essentially a camera mount with wheels and a motor) and some track for it to ride along. They'll set up a certain amount of track (lets say 6 or 7 feet), and then a specialized dolly with an extremely slow motor will move along the track over the course of the time lapse. There will be an arm that can move the camera up and down at equally slow speeds, so that they can get the more complex diagonal movements.
@ANorseHorse oh then its easy to make it... one electric motor thin rope and gears to slow down the rotation... like the simple elevating system works... :D ty for the tip man, much appreciation :)
@hristijank2 no problem. There are a tonne of tutorials online, that use things like kitchen timer motors for the slow movement, it's definitely worth a search. Time lapse rigs are pretty common it would seem. Anyway, glad I could help, peace.
