What? Most of the planet is covered in water. The only reason it is now considered valuable is because industry has contaminated most of it. Besides when you burn hydrogen and oxygen you get water!!!!! It doesn't disappear, water is broken down in to hydrogen and oxygen then burned and what is left is water. Do you see the cycle? Not to mention hydrogen is the most plentiful substance in the universe.
