  • ronnie nathanielsz was PAWNED! XD GG!

  • 2 great mens.. marcos and ninoy..

  • 2 great mens.. so sad they became enemies because of power...

  • Haha KOED si NATANIelz ky Aquino! nagcomment k pa kasi eh

  • Marcos was telling the truth. He had no intention of running for a 3rd term. Because he is planning to stay for life!

  • Nathanielz you are owned !!!

  • Truly I believe, Ninoy is the president we never had. Iboto na lang antin si Noynoy!

  • Ninoy is a really brave man he stands with his rights!Just look at our leaders and politician, they all have their own escorts while he walks w/hiding his shadow.Khit c marcos was afraid of facing him..`filipino people s worth of dying for` he is a soldier w/o holding a firearm..ilan p kyang tulad nya ang mkkita ntin..

  • its not really Ferdinand Marcos who wants him assasinated it was the bitch Imelda Marcos...the cock sucking bitch was scared that her husband will loose power.Remember that Marcos said once that if someone would replace him as president he would like it to be Ninoy...also i think the military is part of that plan aswell cos the military gained power on that era..

  • I agree with you Phoenix080805, I guess it was the woman behind the man. whispering at the back. Seems marcos real intentions was distracted by his backbone brace.

  • Ninoy was a true hero...his sacrifice his own life for the sake of a country suffering from corruption and political fallout....

Vote NOYNOY for PRESIDENT!!!!!!!

  • marcos was also very intelligent and excellent,, sad he used those not for good...

  • Hindi naman ganyan gusto ni Ninoy, gusto niya payapa po tayong mga Pilipino. Di natin dapat gantihan ng masama ang ginawang masama sa atin. Let us be like Ninoy. Forgive them and let us make our country good.

  • We will miss you Tita Cory

  • Sen. Ninoy Aquino and Mr. Marcos...they're not the same! "Good" and "Evil" do not have the same meaning! Given the chance to be president, he could've done more to the country (probably he loved the Philippines much more than his own family)... Ninoy is the 'greatest president we never had!'

  • I agree with you.

  • he haven't become the presedent but the greatest filipino i ever know.

  • hahaha.. ang name ng anchorman ng "face of the nation" ay si Ronnie Nathanielsz.. Makikita mo parin xa sa PBA.. He is one of the anchorman in the PBA.. host rin xa sa mga boxing tv show dito sa pinas.. He is a famous sports analyst here in the philippines.

  • I can't remember if Nathanielz ran back to Sri Lanka immediately after Cory Aquino and People Power emerged victorious but he must have been forgiven by President Cory. Nathanielz is back on tv only because Cory has a forgiving heart. We won't be able to say the same for some politicians who only have vengeance in mind when they win and take the seat of power.

Cory's righteousness is a shining example for all.

  • I sort of agree with Maceda. I myself wonder, with Aquino being too ambitious as a politician, would he really become a president as brilliant as Marcos had Marcos stepped down after his 2nd term? Would his love for his country really kindle or he would just continue what Marcos had started? I have many questions at the back of my mind. it seems to me his patriotism really spkied when Martial Law was declared by Marcos, because that meant he could not stand a chance for his Presidential bid.

  • tang ina!!! fck you and your family and the family before you!!!!siguro tatay mo ung anchor man ng 'face the nation'. tang ina ka!!!!

  • buti sana qng freemason yang c marcos ehh.. ala namang kwentang presidente.. MARCOS = ADOLF HITLER.. >:D

  • marcos and ninoy are not the same

marcos is a convicted killer at a young age while ninoy values life and is selfless, dont believe people like Maceda who has agendas of his own

the producer of these show must be prudent on the content since this is a documentary

  • Dont believe Maceda that Ninoy and marcos are the same, marcos is a convicted killer at an early age while Ninoy is selfless, marcos knew he can be beaten by Ninoy that is why he feared him

I hope that the makers of this documentary be more prudent on what is real and what is imaginary, dont show comments by people like maced who has hidden agendas

  • I agree with you that Ninoy was a better person...but I do have to correct you on the fact that Marcos' arrest in his early life. He actually defended himself in that case and won...That's how briliiant a speaker he was and it is sad that he never used that gift for good....always for evil.

  • Money & Power is a root of all - EVIL.......

  • this is not entirely true.. you can use money & power to do good.. depends on the person who has it

  • If such man lived and managed our country, we would be living in heaven...

  • Well, we can only speculate what he would've done if he was given the chance to be president. Like all presidents who get criticized by its people, we wonder how he would've handled the situation...

This coming 2010 elections, let's make sure that an honest and deserving person would inherit the presidency towards a better Philippines.

  • I am still wondering who would that be... I just hope someone like you described would be courageous enough to battle our country's politics.

XD

  • Yep, that's him as host of "Face The Nation" talk show. He's a Sri Lankan Marcos loyalist who was granted special citizenship by the dictator.

  • ohh... so he's Sri Lankan pala... wahaha. XD

  • parang si obama

  • Ninoy sure put Ronnie Nathanielz in his place.

  • He sure did! ;-)

  • Sad to say, parang nauulit ang scenario na 'to under the governing rule of GMA. I pity the Philippines...I pity our kababayans....We really need a divine intervention.

  • Those were the exact words "Marcos created an atmosphere that breeds Communism".

  • Until now pare, we can still feel the repercussions of Marcos' pathetic actions during his dictatorship! Kung natuloy sana ang 1973 elections and let the natural flow of events take its course, malamang ibang-iba ang Pilipinas ngayon!

  • The Marcos Loyalists that I utterly despise are those of the Atty. Oliver Lozano type. Those that I highly esteem are those who, like Erick San Juan, see Marcos and his dictatorial regime from an objective point of view.

  • Why FM Didnt dismantle Maoist? It was part of his justification for continuous military rule. "Red Peril" was an uncertain and wobbling infant at that time and had trouble gaining adherents. by 1972, it was far from reaching the strength of 35K it deemed necessary to accomplsh its goals. But FM, as cunning as he is, exaggerated their strength to 8K guerillas, supported by 10k cadres and 100K sympathizers. Its hyperbole and US knew it.NPA admitted yrs later that it had only 350men during in 1972.

  • Martial law drove the CPP-NPA underground, and they saw their being driven underground as an opportunity to regain their strength.

  • The answer is simple: Both the far Right (represented by Apo Marcos) and the far Left (represented by Joema Sison) are controlled by the Global Elite, who financed and built up both the Bolshevisks and the Nazis.

  • What made Marcos to proposed Martial Law? Why Marcos didn't dismantled the corrupt Maoist movements? What was the reason that during Marcos first terms as a president. That the economy went positive growth? It was not explained! Why! Also, Ninoy was a liberal and what party did Marcos affiliated? How come theres so many young patriot people were killed? What was the reason.. This video portrays how bad Marcos is and how patriotic was Ninoy. But it doesn't details the very important lessons!

  • its pretty much a propagando then

  • Sorry to burst your bubble, chump.

It would be best if you study PHILIPPINE HISTORY more! You can't even spell "PROPAGANDA" correctly! Since you don't know what this video is all about, your shenanigans aren't welcome here!

  • What made Marcos declared Martial Law?FM declared Martial Law for 1 purpose only - to hold on to power for life. He raised the fear of communism as a pretext to gain US backing. US of course were protecting Subic and Clark, strategic bases in the Pacific during the height of cold war. Its would be easy for them to play with a single dictator rather than deal with a Democratic Govt. Red Flag has convinced US to surrender to dictators.
