    WHO CARES WHAT EMPLOYERS ARE LOOKING FOR OUTSIDE OF YOUR RESUME.

    I'm self employed. And what was it that you motivated me to get out? Give them an inch and they take a mile. Who cares what they want? Ok? Certainly not me. They can all go fuck themselves.
