This is one of the things that makes these laptops so terrible. Most normal laptops have the hard drive in a place where you can simply take out 2 screws and slide it out instead of taking the damn thing apart with 20 screws.

Thanks for the video. You can pus the two clips up under the battery to remove the keyboard. It explains how to do this in the manual.

Sadly, When you buy a hard drive it comes striaght from the factory the hard drive will be in raw format and will not even be partitioned therefore nothing will be on it. You could always download or borrow a copy of vista that you had on the computer and reuse the cd key provided on the windows licence sticker.
