Im only 8 weeks 3 days and I have a pretty good size belly like yours! I was so skinny and fit before the pregnancy and Im very bloated only it never gets much bigger or smaller after going pee or anything! Im actually losing weight... but everyone still cannot believe my belly either! You cant help what your baby does. As long as they are healthy and happy thats all that matters! Very cute bump!

@BlackButterFlyAquari Dont worry honey.... for the first 5 months of my preg last time i lost.... its hard to eat when your sick and then when you feel ok your tummy has shrunk so very little fills you up to the point where you feel like bursting:S just try to eat small meals where you can and make sure you take your vitamins:) just look at it this way... you'll gain less in the long run through the preg;)

@BlackButterFlyAquari Don't worry! Just get lots of rest! You aren't doing anything wrong I'm sure. All pregnancies are different. Cramps without bleeding are normal (even some spotting durring pregnancy is normal) Your baby is settling in and your uterus is starting to grow! Just sounds like you are in tune with your body and you are feeling the early pains that can come with pregnancy! Congrats!

@dawrightleo13 My 2nd kid & not only am I a smaller framed person but my stomach is really fit. Not to mention my babies 'cook fast' as they are all born at 37 weeks (3 kids) on their own, no induction or anything like that & were all 7-8 lbs 37 weeks when they were born so they are bigger babies.

I have a dr appointment the 20th so hopefully he knows whats going on & what not. I found your videos when i was six weeks *when i found out* & you were to! I was happy i found someone the same time as me and i can relate to everything. i dont have throw up. only nausea all day. my belly is very itchy since i have acrylic nails Its harder to scratch them. My boobs are very heavy to me not sore. But my nipples are sore and itchy! Drives me nuts. I always feel bloated.

Hi JodiLynn, Thanks for the kind words. We started charting both times before actively TTC. With my daughter the 1st month of us being active I didn't ovulate, the 2nd month we conceived. I had charted months prior to though. This time around, I started charting the moment I thought I had my first post-partum period, and I think it took 3 months? I would have to go back and look. I have all my TTC videos in a TTC Playlist, if you wanted to go back and watch while you TTC :) Congrats on TTC, GL!

I've actually talked to you on myspace before..back in May - I wanted my daughter to be born with hair and I didn't think she would because the ultrasound didn't look like it...well she turned out to be a baldy..lol but oh well she's adorable bald..hehe. Well anyways, I have a couple questions for you. Did you have a midwife with your daughter? Or are you just trying something different this time? Since you have a midwife, are you wanting to have a homebirth?
I bet she's adorable! And added plus w/ not having hair is putting on headbands w/ bows are MUCH easier when their bald, u don't have to worry about positioning their hair and so forth. lol So maybe a blessing in disguise? ;) I had an ob/gyn and did a hospital birth w/ my daughter. I hated it. So we're doing a water/home birth w/ a midwife this time.

I tried to view this earlier and it wouldn't let me, but I am so happy to see everything is going great. I can relate to not really feeling pregnant. I got the first u/s and saw the baby and the heartbeat, but I guess it will feel more real once I can feel the baby move. I also am getting really bloated after eating too! I've had a few ichy spells, so I don't think it is too early. But just keep on going everything seems great! Please go to the doctor though it's important!

I would get mostly side rib kicks from Helene and the only other uncomfy thing she would do is push up against my entire rib where it felt like she was trying to push it right off of me..lol

I never felt pregnant till I was like 16 weeks. I can't believe how much your belly came out since your last update..although ya it could be cause you you had just eaten. Your getting those lines on each of your sides like you got when you were carrying Jace when you started to show..maybe you'll end up carrying the exact same way this time too.

Uhhh its bad when you ONLY weigh 126 if your pregnant! lol I am use to being 110, 126 to me is NOT good. I hope I don't carry the same way I did w/ Jace :( I carried so low I had major bladder problems. She pushed my bladder INTO my birth canal, like I was going to give birth to my bladder. She stayed low the entire time I never had to worry about rib kicks though, lol

Oh I hope it does. But someone made a great point to me earlier, this time around I'm so busy w/ my daughter I dont' really have time to get excited and to acknowledge I'm even pregnant. We have! I'm still falling in and out of love with it, though. Its very specific and I'm thinking it's too late to back off of it now - my mother is already speaking it into my belly-"Haruun! Haruun!" while sometimes I'm thinking I love it, others I hate it. It's a little boy - Haruun Ihsan Shakir. Very ethnic sounding, but really it's Moses' brother Aaron in Arabic, Ihsan - the highest level of faith, also in Arabic, and Shakir - the family name- is grateful! See, now I love it again! pssh.

Hi Lucy! Glad to see things are going well. Hope your nausea eases off soon. I know what you mean about not feeling pregnant. This is my third, and I really didn't start to feel like I was actually pregnant until about halfway through when he started moving constantly. It was kind of surreal...like I knew I was pregnant but my emotions took a while to catch up. There are still days where I feel like I won't believe it until he gets here and I'm faced with the crying, screaming, beautiful reality
I think the gender is viewable around 13/14 weeks. But it can take a bit longer for boys to show if they haven't 'dropped'. Most Dr won't tell u till your 'big scan' at around week 20-22. But u can have a fetal imaging place show u any time u want since u r paying for the scan. We will find out around Christmas time. I don't know if we will share the sex w/ others though. That is still up for debate.
God love! Your belly looks soooo adorable! I love it! lol as far as I know im not pregnant .. im 5Ft tall(shoter than you) and im 113bls. 126 and being pregnant .. Thats like nothing you are so tiny and just cute as they get! Enjoy it and take pride in that belly.

as far as not feeling not pregnant yet.. I am on my second pregnancy and I had the exact same thing, I felt so sad that I didnt feel pregant right away. Im 29 wks now and feel pregnant as ever lol.. I think it registered this time when I started feeling this one move inside me.. Once she started kicking I thought yaa I'm gonna be a mommy again.... maybe thats whats happenin to you.

I've heard that sour candies, like those lemon drop things, are good for releaving morning sickness. And the usual crackers and ginger ale. Lucky me, I haven't had M/S yet. I'm going on 7 weeks pregnant, so I hope the nausea stays far far away from me!!

I havent had to throw up, and it's not been bad. I do notice the smell and the sound of some foods make me want to gag. YUCK. I forgot about all the joys of pregnancy. LOL
i know how you feel..nothing helped me for my nausea i was sick 24/7...it would never go away...but thankfuly at 13 weeks it stoped..anything with lemon is soposed to help..i tryed lemon candy drops that helped a little but not that much...maybe that will help you..About feeling pregnant..I didnt feel pregnant until about 20 weeks when i started to show..i know exatly how you feel.. and this is my 1st pregnancy...Anyways you look great and your belly is getting bigger!Good Luck with everything!!

Did you try eating potato chips for nausea? I know it sounds crazy...it did to me...but I was desperate and tried it and it worked for me...maybe even pretzels.
I didn't feel pregnant until I was like 17 weeks! And this is my first. So I wouldn't feel bad if I were you. I'm sure in a few more weeks you will feel more preggo! Congrats again btw!
they say the second pregnancy isnt as exciting because you are so busy with your other child and you already know what to expect so its not as "new" but I think once you feel the baby move and know what you are having you will be excited again! But they also say that you feel things sooner second pregnancy so that might be why you are itchy already!
actually i didn't feel pregnant with my daughter until about 6-7 months. i guess i was too busy at first and i didn't start shopping til then. maybe once you start shopping you'll feel more excited.

A couple of M/S tips, have you tried sea sickness bands? They go on your wrists and bave a bump on them that push on a presure point. Some swear by them. Also if you sniff a cut lemon when you feel a bad wave of it the sent is suposed to confuse the senses and make the feeling go away. Cancer patients use it for chemo nausea.

lol..well that is one plus to carrying low! I carried pretty low too but I still felt the occasional rib kick and it doesn't feel too nice..lol

I never felt pregnant till I was like 16 weeks. I can't believe how much your belly came out since your last update..although ya it could be cause you you had just eaten. Your getting those lines on each of your sides like you got when you were carrying Jace when you started to show..maybe you'll end up carrying the exact same way this time too.
And seriously 126 pounds is not bad..most girls would die to weigh that much..lol

Uhhh its bad when you ONLY weigh 126 if your pregnant! lol I am use to being 110, 126 to me is NOT good. I hope I don't carry the same way I did w/ Jace :( I carried so low I had major bladder problems. She pushed my bladder INTO my birth canal, like I was going to give birth to my bladder. She stayed low the entire time I never had to worry about rib kicks though, lol

Teeheehee! So cute! I was tired and sick all the time two months into this pregnancy. Now I'm 26.5 weeks and sick and TIRED again! Terrible. Congratulations, congratulations, congratulations! I hope the excitement comes back 11-fold soon. If it doesn't, that's probably all-right too. lol. My excitement level is definitely undulating and this is my FIRST pregnancy. Much love to all y'all! Can't wait to see the next update..

Oh I hope it does. But someone made a great point to me earlier, this time around I'm so busy w/ my daughter I dont' really have time to get excited and to acknowledge I'm even pregnant. So that probably has a lot to do with it. I haven't gone to the Dr or anything like that so that probably contributes. Good Luck w/ your pregnancy, congrats! Do u know the sex, picked a name?

We have! I'm still falling in and out of love with it, though. Its very specific and I'm thinking it's too late to back off of it now - my mother is already speaking it into my belly-"Haruun! Haruun!" while sometimes I'm thinking I love it, others I hate it. It's a little boy - Haruun Ihsan Shakir. Very ethnic sounding, but really it's Moses' brother Aaron in Arabic, Ihsan - the highest level of faith, also in Arabic, and Shakir - the family name- is grateful! See, now I love it again! pssh.

Hi Lucy! Glad to see things are going well. Hope your nausea eases off soon. I know what you mean about not feeling pregnant. This is my third, and I really didn't start to feel like I was actually pregnant until about halfway through when he started moving constantly. It was kind of surreal...like I knew I was pregnant but my emotions took a while to catch up. There are still days where I feel like I won't believe it until he gets here and I'm faced with the crying, screaming, beautiful reality

I was just wondering.....how far along must you be before you can find out if your having a boy or girl and are you 2 planning on finding out??..

I think the gender is viewable around 13/14 weeks. But it can take a bit longer for boys to show if they haven't 'dropped'. Most Dr won't tell u till your 'big scan' at around week 20-22. But u can have a fetal imaging place show u any time u want since u r paying for the scan. We will find out around Christmas time. I don't know if we will share the sex w/ others though. That is still up for debate.

God love! Your belly looks soooo adorable! I love it! lol as far as I know im not pregnant .. im 5Ft tall(shoter than you) and im 113bls. 126 and being pregnant .. Thats like nothing you are so tiny and just cute as they get! Enjoy it and take pride in that belly.

as far as not feeling not pregnant yet.. I am on my second pregnancy and I had the exact same thing, I felt so sad that I didnt feel pregant right away. Im 29 wks now and feel pregnant as ever lol.. I think it registered this time when I started feeling this one move inside me.. Once she started kicking I thought yaa I'm gonna be a mommy again.... maybe thats whats happenin to you.

Thanks! It went great, I'm so excited my due date is June 3 so I'm nervous, my daughters b-day is May 31 so its sooooo close! Anyways when they did the sono the baby was all squirmy and active-we are so excited!

I've heard that sour candies, like those lemon drop things, are good for releaving morning sickness. And the usual crackers and ginger ale. Lucky me, I haven't had M/S yet. I'm going on 7 weeks pregnant, so I hope the nausea stays far far away from me!!

Wow, you are looking pregnant even if you are bloated. I love it!!! I can relate to knowing you are pregnant, but it not feeling like it. I'm in the same boat. I'll be 6 weeks tomorrow and other than the boobs, and wanting to sleep, i feel good.
Now we both can say hurry up JUNE! lol

I havent had to throw up, and it's not been bad. I do notice the smell and the sound of some foods make me want to gag. YUCK. I forgot about all the joys of pregnancy. LOL

i know how you feel..nothing helped me for my nausea i was sick 24/7...it would never go away...but thankfuly at 13 weeks it stoped..anything with lemon is soposed to help..i tryed lemon candy drops that helped a little but not that much...maybe that will help you..About feeling pregnant..I didnt feel pregnant until about 20 weeks when i started to show..i know exatly how you feel.. and this is my 1st pregnancy...Anyways you look great and your belly is getting bigger!Good Luck with everything!!

Did you try eating potato chips for nausea? I know it sounds crazy...it did to me...but I was desperate and tried it and it worked for me...maybe even pretzels.

I didn't feel pregnant until I was like 17 weeks! And this is my first. So I wouldn't feel bad if I were you. I'm sure in a few more weeks you will feel more preggo! Congrats again btw!

they say the second pregnancy isnt as exciting because you are so busy with your other child and you already know what to expect so its not as "new" but I think once you feel the baby move and know what you are having you will be excited again! But they also say that you feel things sooner second pregnancy so that might be why you are itchy already!

actually i didn't feel pregnant with my daughter until about 6-7 months. i guess i was too busy at first and i didn't start shopping til then. maybe once you start shopping you'll feel more excited.

A couple of M/S tips, have you tried sea sickness bands? They go on your wrists and bave a bump on them that push on a presure point. Some swear by them. Also if you sniff a cut lemon when you feel a bad wave of it the sent is suposed to confuse the senses and make the feeling go away. Cancer patients use it for chemo nausea.
