I think Rin and Len's eyes were wrong and they sacrificed other VOCALOIDS trying to fix it. Len realized he was next and tried to leave and take Rin with him but she didn't know what was happening. Rin realized what was happening when she saw the weapons. She switched bodies somehow with Len. She told Len he can't replace but he can't be himself so now he's a nobody.

I think that rin and len were originally opposite genders ( ex. Len was a girl not a boy) and that rin was afraid to die so Len agreed to switch bodies with rin. Len said that rin was weak for not wanting to die.

I think that Rin thought that Len was weak, because he didn't want to die, while she didn't mind being disposed of, BUT she was okay with dieing anyway, AND loved her brother, so she swiched bodies with him. The "Even though we swiched bodies you will always be a nobody" was because of him being unwilling to die, thus being a coward, who is now nobody to her. Thats MY perspective any way. OK! so in the beginning Rin and Len are considered failures so they want to "recycle" them but only Len knows that when they try to run away all they see are white walls. Rin sees the exit at tells Len to run. The doctors ask her where Len is and she tells them but when she sees weapons she protects Len. She switches their right and left eyes and they technically switched bodies as said in the beginning. It says congratulations Rin because Len is now in rin's body

Both of them are failures and need to be broken/recycled. Miku dies(whom has no eye color) and both of them have one blue color in their eye which would be Miku's eye color. The doctors were trying to combine/exchange Miku and Rin/Len bodies,but it failed. Rin doesn't mind being "disposed" which is why she points to the disposal door for both of them when Len asks for the exit. Rin realizes he wants to live and "saves" him by giving him the other blue eye, making him complete, letting him live.

I think I get a bit of it now...

So the doctors were planning to complete Rin, and with that they have to get Len's eye, before recycling him (aka killing, since he is of no use anymore). Len knew and was going to run with Rin, but left her there from fear. Rin later realizes that when she saw the doctors and killed all of them, before switching bodies with Len, allowing him to live in her body; while Rin, in Len's body, will be disposed...

I think I might know whats going on here:

When Len and Rin were being created, the people who made them had made a mistake and they had different eyes. So, one of them was going to be killed so they could complete the other one. Rin and Len did not know this until Len saw Miku being killed in one of the other rooms. So Len had killed the scientist/doctor and the othors were going to kill him. then they would give his eye to rin. Rin and Len swithched bodies so Rin was killed instead.

And when she stands over him with the knife I think she swaps her yellow eye with his blue eye so it looks like Len is Rin. So they kill Rin. The nobody is you won't be me. I think that Rin wanted to save Len, but not because it was out of love, but to show him how inferior he is compared to her. She was able to save his life by switching their bodies. So Len's soul/spirit/mind is in Rin's body and visa versa. So instead of Len dying, Rin died to make a statment to him. He was weak, so she just showed him how weak he was by letting him live

This was something Hitler was searching for at the time, and was using children as his experiments. -

Did you notice Miku looking through the windows at them as they tried to escape, and how in Wide Knowledge Len sort of gives her an evil grin as he passes? So that could be Rin, driven insane inside Len's body...

I can understand what you mean, it STILL confuses me. But as far as I can tell, the twins were made wrong (The eye colour is the problem, i think) And so they have to be gotten rid of. Len stabbed someone, and so they have to run, but the place is confusing and they get lost. The doctors want Len because he killed someone, so Rin tells them where he is...But she sees their weapons something inside her snaps, so she goes demonic and kills them all, then changes bodies so Len can live as her.

I'm not sure myself, but my guess is that she doesn't like Len for some reason, maybe because she had to die to save him. But seeing how she killed a bunch of people, she clearly isn't is the greatest state of mind. Also the fact that Miku's eyes are green, and the twins, each have one green eye, and she was a 'donor' are too maybe have something to do with it. But these are all guesses, I have no idea for sure. Your guess is as good as mine.
