As for screen shot quality, nothing I can do, Jpeg is the only quality these pics come in when I take them.

Jpeg is the normal quality for I think every Gmod pose unless you download a Lua addon to change the image file.

Try and make you rposes good for a certain camera angle and turn the screenshot up to 100 and then use AntiAlias and it smoothens the edges on the screenshot to make them look like they are in HD.
