The British accent is like Marmite only in so much as they have their own one in Australia, it's nice when rubbed all over your body and it's gone all black since Labour got in and encouraged overt and tokenistic promotion of Marmite. Notice how all adverts have the obligatory Marmite in now, even when selling things like hairdryers. However, it's just as easy to say that the English accent (meaning the proper one used in the South) is not like Marmite because Marmite is in a jar, for instance.
