Personally, I think it's actually more of de-evolution then evolution. From my studies, the closest ancestor to everyone are the Polynesians, having every possible combination of human genetics. At some point, there was a division and it's kept dividing ever since. Whether the division was caused by aliens or just adaptation to different environments is unknown. But technically speaking, we are all anomalies. No one set is better then another.
