1st of 3 comments I only wish most children could be as good as my son was growing up. He is very bright having tested at 167 IQ He is not anything like rain man but as I said well adjusted. done in the us or when it is not talked about as much, I was shocked when I attended laleche league group and saw 15 months old toddlers nursing..they seemed huge next to my son but with time I came to understand the importance of letting my child take thee lead here and being sensitive to my child's needs as I learned more. In most of the animal world infants are weaned at the equivalent of 2-5 years of age for the infant with just a few percent weaning prior to 2 and beyond 5.

It is just here babies are weaned at one to 6 months from the breast and are walking around with pacifiers. You just are ill informed and not being a breastfeeding mother, I assume you just do not know any better. But no need to insult my son. Several teachers from k to high school told me they wished all their students were the way my son was.He won all kinds of awards as did my bottlefeed child.You should only wish more mothers turned out productive and good men like my sons.
