you just open your mouth a lil bit and kinda stick out your lower jaw then you breathe in through your nose. you dont have to actually exhale through your mouth at the same time as you inhale through your nose. try it and play around with it. hope this helps

Depending on how much air you push out behind the calmed smoke will determine if you make a small circle cloud, or a big long fat stream.
