You see the first guy whom she got engaged to he was nice and wanted to take care of her that was good enough for her. Not for me I have to be in love with the man to marry him and him with me and she was not she cared for him but was not in love the second one well we mentioned it, and the third one mhmm yammy! that was a gift from the author :)

@jminto88 i just think that, because of her position in society, she didnt think she'd be lucky enough to get another proposal. other'n that, i dont see why she would want to be with him: he beat his wife, he told her already he'd never marry her, he sent Con out to the wolves, he is very mean, and he's a loser. Plus, he's ugly. Not to mention broke. But, she IS good woman, with a very strong sense of loyalty. very beautiful and enterprising and thoughtful. maybe she felt she owed him. dunno
