Relaxing teaching of his holiness truly gives more inner peace and very true that anyone can have inner peace. The only thing is practice and training our mind as his holiness is guiding. It really works but our negative emotions and thoughts grow stronger and fails to get inner peace. It is achievable to be true. Long live his holiness

Delightful. The affection the Dalai Lama speaks of can be gained quickly by anyone by conforming to the small books called the Gospels in the Bible. When we understand Gods part in our life, compassion for others is easy.

Secularity spirituality is simply following God's wisdom for living daily in love for God and others, to serve them to accomplish their goals to bring in Gods kingdom; in that way we are one with the spirit of God. Worship and thankfulness are the religious spirituality.
