I was a raver from 88 until 91, some of the best days/nights of my life, as my raving slowed down I released a few tracks as a way of putting something back, I was only a tiny cog in a big scene but proud to say I was part of it.
this is scary if u read this this far u will die in 10 days if u dont send to any 15 videos in 2 hours good luck hope u dont die !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
There were no riots dude...Thats a bit strong unless of course you're speaking of beyond 1990. I was one of the organisers of the free party afterwards so i imagine thats where the so called riots occurred...We had numerous confrontations outside of the warehouse when trying to get everyone in...but riot NO! Then again i suppose if you never been in a riot it could have seemed like one...
well i was at the freedom to party campaigns and i see what i see there was fighting with police on the way through london even when the free party was on that night in radlett near frogmoor
the police were fighting with us but we were lucky we still got in good days
Love it! Mrs. Thatcher would string you lot up for this if she was around today! See how our freedoms have been eroded during and since this cool period!
Aye, though what many people seem to forget is that our freedoms were being stripped away back then. The same system of problem creation and then problem solution was deployed against us during those faithful days...Lets be honest now the iron lady would've have strung every last man woman and child not in agreement alongside William Wallace... hehehe!
Never heard this maggie mix of old tunes before. However i do still have that spectrum flyer & i also STILL have the matching T-shirt. Cost £10 from a stall inside heavens. I had the luck of my 1st time at Spectrum that both Shoom & future where all open for the one entrance fee into heavens. My spectrum membership is the next one up from Kelvin Carpenter (eastenders character) he was next to me in the que LOL

The record was called 'Maggie's Last Party' and credited to V.I.M.
It was a minor chart hit in 1991 - I still play my 12" of it occasionally...
