According to some reputable sources, there's papers that say Hyori has the song legally, then that's the end of it. There are documents that state that she bought the songs legally, and she can record and sell them. Whether or not anyone thinks what's happening is right or not, Hyori's album is hot, and everything is legal (unless new proof is uncovered). Therefore, just pick which one you like, and listen to it. Case closed.

Guys I know it's upsetting that hyori produced songs that were by other artists but it might not be her fault. I said might b/c I don't have facts to prove this, but it does make sense that her record company orders her to sing the songs they give her and she does as she's told. It's sad that Cookie Couture had their song stolen -- But you have to admit, Hyori pretty much loss an entire album that was claimed to be her "Biggest One Yet" Cookie Couture didn't lose a single cent while Hyori is undergoing antis and practiclly getting robbed of her money. It sucks that this happened to Cookie Couture and Hyori. But I think the real person to blame is the producer who made this song, he sold it to both Cookie Couture and Hyori. Hyori probably didn't even know this beat existed and that there's a group called Cookie Couture. But I think Cookie Couture benefitted from this incident, since so many people know them now!

According to some reputable sources, there's papers that say Hyori has the song legally, then that's the end of it. There are documents that state that she bought the songs legally, and she can record and sell them. Whether or not anyone thinks what's happening is right or not, Hyori's album is hot, and everything is legal (unless new proof is uncovered). Therefore, just pick which one you like, and listen to it. Case closed.
