This was done on Stepmania, not DDR. Generally speaking, stepmania players use keyboard/fingers. 1 hand, or 2 hand. Arrow keys or "spread" style (using a key arrangement such as DF and JK as up down left right.)

As far as Stepmania goes, this is not all that fast, do a search for "Izzy - Fury of the Storm - 8-Arrowed" Thats the most impressive thing Izzy does, imo. Izzy is the unofficial worlds best Stepmania player.

theres lot of Stepmania levels where there 3 or 4 arrows at once, u just gotta use 2 hands, one if ur THAT good, but u have to get it right on or the game wont see u as hitting them. This level isnt as hard as it looks, you musta had 2x on or something cuz those arrows are really far apart. Good job though.
