2. Charles Darwin himself said in The Origin of Species that if there were not a overwhelming amount of transitional species found in the ground, then his theory is in trouble.

How many transitionals have been found? A hand full of disputed claims is it. But by all means, evolution is the clear choice do to it's "evidence".

Seward, and even Darwin ever said that there are no set species, because they knew it is not a legitimate argument.

We are now forced to wear clothing to protect our skin instead of a natural occurrence. Why did we develop complex language? Apes communicate just fine without complex words and sentences. Why did our brains grow much bigger? Apes survive fine without a complex brain like ours.

If creatures evolve to better themselves, why do humans exist?

@VanNicky75 We stood up to use our hands which are very important to making things. Fur is thick hair, we still have thin fur. We don't need cloth, move south.  Language, so we could write and build on our knowladge and survive with only our brains: no sharp teeth, no claws.

Thing don't evolve to be better, they evolve to exist. Most things are extinct [see fossil record]

@gregrutz but the basis of evolution requires stressors to induce evolution. and fur and hair are actually quite different. what were the stressors that required items made by an INTELLIGENCE. if natural selection controlled this, it would have produced these items, rather than an intelligence. and, to get crude, why did male genitalia move to what seems the perfect target for a kick in the crotch? Men get hit in the crotch so much it is on comedies, yet apes have never had a problem with it
