You people dont understand how they ban stuff. They don't ban stuff because of "brokenness" or how good it is. They hit stuff because it either hurts the format they are going for, or for money. Why would they hit Mind Control, if it encourages XYZ summons? They ban stuff that can ruin the game, not because it is "unfair."

Great vid, but i think that u are wrong about the inzektor hornet being limited it is dragonfly that should be limited because hornet can still do work if u only have 1 in the grave or hand, but dragonfly is ridiculous u can summon centipede and search for another dragonfly and burn 2 times the cards next turn. I think limiting hornet will make inzektors a little slower but u can still search for it using the centipede/heart of clear water combo and then u can start doing work again.
@Huntrshado yea but dandylion promotes synchro summons which is what konami is trying to sway ppl away from.....from a monetary standpoint is makes perfect sense to ban him.
@Doomnyc I totally agree about E. Teleport going to 2. Psychics need more Special summon ability. 3 would make Psychics very broken, but yes. Psychics need to shine for one banlist.

Rescue Rabbit will not go to 1. The OCG doesn't have tour guide so pulling leviair out is NOT as easy. Leviair will go to 2 if anything. Thunder king i definitely agree with. agents are the power house in the OCG. knock venus to 1. not earth. it isn't stratos because it can't search itself. hyperion to 2 and krystia to 1. mst will stay at 3 unless trunade comes back. the ninjas use their backrow. nothing on warning. nothing on dragonfly. nothing on duality. e tel maybe. mehhh on the rest..
I really do agree with this banlist. It helps stop decks that have tour guide and slows the format down. Duels will take 4 turns to be interesting not 2. Bringing back teledad makes sence too.

rabbit probably won't go to one. you need to make your deck inconsistent just to use it. no one would run rabbit if its at 1. Thunder king probably wont get hit. it slows down the game but not game-breaking. hyperion, venus, and earth to 2 would be balanced. bls should be banned, but the new chaos dragon deck and ocg reprint of it in gold series might keep it around. hidden armory can bring premature back. duality is fair at 3 (its not game-breaking, thus there is no reason to touch it)

In retrospect, you are basically saying that if s card is good it should be banned or limited. And where the hell is BLS? That's worse than hornet earth and hyperion

DMoc doesn't have a card like lonefire where it can be instantly pulled from the deck. I feel like DMoc can come back at 1 and then eventually to 3. @Doomnyc What made DMoc broken before was the fact that we still had cards like Dimension Fusion along with Return from the Different Dimension, 3 Allure of Darkness, etc etc. Also, we had a lot more broken spell cards to abuse DMoc with such as Confiscation, 3 Brain Control and eventually 1 Brain Control, Monster Reborn, Snatch Steal, Heavy Storm, Premature Burial, 3 Allure of Darkness, Dimension Fusion, and so on and so forth.
i completely disagree with Dandy ban there are 3 other cards that can be hit for the plant engine and personally i think that Lonefire fuels it ever so slightly more then dandy all i see dandy as is a useful buff

i dont see a big problem with leviair, i mean whenever ive played a dinnorabbit deck, by the time they get their rabbit back with leviair, it has no more targets left. I dont see DW's getting hit since they were a pretty big flop, grapha isnt that hard to get rid of. i see it get crowed all the time.
There is absolutely no way that Grapha is going to 1. They never really hit the boss monster, they would have hit hyperion a while ago. Also, there is no way that Earth AND Hyperion are going to 1. If you want to hit darkworlds hit Snoww or Gates, but Grapha will not be hit.
Honestly i think there's other cards which will slow / hurt / we/ each of those decks without limiting or w/e those cards... for example,,, Limit tour guide and many decks are slowed down W/E.. tour guide engine is deffo the best / consistant engine going atm. It's has to go in my opinion. Plant engine is OP, But it's too easy to get bulb / Spore / dandy in the grave / feild... I can see One for one / Foolish / Lone fire being banned instead. But this is just my opinion.

I actually think that if they are going to hit anything for windups it'll be zenmaighty. Rat and hunter by themselves are annoying, yes, but zenmaighty is what makes the loop go so he will probably be the one that gets hit.
Premature should never come back, unless Konami erratas the card so that the monster is destroyed once Premature Burial leaves the field. I can see myself abusing it in my deck with Dewloren and Brionac!

3) Solemn Warning is very balanced. Unless Royal Oppression comes back, I disagree.

I actually think that if they are going to hit anything for windups it'll be zenmaighty. Rat and hunter by themselves are annoying, yes, but zenmaighty is what makes the loop go so he will probably be the one that gets hit.

Premature should never come back, unless Konami erratas the card so that the monster is destroyed once Premature Burial leaves the field. I can see myself abusing it in my deck with Dewloren and Brionac!
