  • @malicom258 That was a little silly, haha :p it takes a lot of workout to get a body like hers, A LOT. It's not like you could get her body just by doing some lunges...

  • @malicom258 yaa me too...but its probably from all the exorcizes she does that reduces every part of her body, and bulks her torso, could be possible

  • I read that this widens your hips. Is there any truth to that? And if not, what excerise can i do to widen my hips?? (if there is anything i can do!)

  • @SashaSimone07 Do her hips look widened? My hips got smaller by doing tae bo and lunges. I did lunges & squats when on travel in hotel rooms... floor exercises were my saving grace when sent to hotels w/out gyms

  • @gracedazzeable just don't lock your knees- unlocking (or bending) the knees will stick your butt out stretching it even more :)

    It means that you keep your back straight and your abs tense. Just maintain a good carriage and it'll go well =)

    When your back is straight, your whole bodyweight is on your legs. If you hang your upper body loose, you don't just make the move ineffective, but also apply wrong kind of pressure to your backbone and lover back.

  • what does she mean by core is tight? does she want you to suck in your gut, or what?

  • @L0v3brittany hi  weather it is in or out (in is better) you needd to tens all the mussels of your core.

    if you place your hands aorund your waste and push like you are on the toilet, you will feel your core mussels in the front and back engage
