The "lottery" part, the "sweepstakes" they're burning is love, something that shouldn't be treated like this. Basically, a dysfunctional couple, who keep at the fighting when they shouldn't be.

But... a song is both lyrics and music. To make a complete judgment of a band we must examine both lyrics and music. a good band has good music and lyrics that are relevant to life... regardless of whether they are religious or not. there are christian bands with crappy lyrics, and vice versa
