@Bambooshootsanime It's just a teeny bit different from the Rin/Len/Miku version from what I can gather. Rin found Luka, and Luka fell in love with Rin. Rin didn't feel that way because Luka was a woman also. So Luka made a deal with the "devil" (personified as Len here) to make herself a man so Rin would love her. It worked, and she transformed into Kaito. Len didn't realise Rin would fall in love with him so when she did he became mad with jealousy and went to shoot Kaito.

Pretty much what happens is that an angel falls in love with Rin & Rin loves her back but then she sees another angel who is happy but mournful about being human. Rin falls in love with him at first sight and she decides to be with him. But it is the forbidden fruit-love between an angel and a human. Rin dies & Luka saves her

I think I get it now so Rin was in love with Len but then something happened so she cut off their relationship and became a nun .So like Rin saves Luka and she slowly fell in love with Rin.She knew it was forbidden so she opened the Pandora box which turns her into Kaito but losing 1 of her wings giving it to Len.Len takes the wings that Luka gave him and gave it to Rin but she declined.Len gets mad and tries to kill Kaito but Rin dies instead.Kaito saves Rin by givin up his life.

I think I know the reason Len died when Rin got shot. Remember, their names literally mean 'mirror images'. And think about it-if you're looking at yourself in the mirror and you get shot, the mirror reflects the wound in your reflection. So, my theory is, that Len is Rin's 'mirror image' and that's why he died when Rin got shot by him.

Len, jealous of Rin and Kaito/Luka, tryes to shoot Kaito/Luka; but Rin prevents it and dies. Len dies too, because once Rin was a demon (check the missing wing on Rin's back), his twin sister; at the end, Luka sacrifices herself to revive Rin.
