"Own" is generally a possessive term; you don't have to own something legally to consider it yours. x) Yes, legally we can't sue, but that definitely doesn't mean our video's aren't ours. XD Owning nothing in the video and owning the video itself are two totally different things.
Though I do agree people shouldn't get so bent out of shape over video-theft. XD 's not like it hurts anything. (cont-)
