@mattdd05 the Qur'an is not a science book, there are just 'ayats' in there which we believed in ever since ever and that it's only now that Science is able to come up with a rationale besides faith, on about the truth of the words of the Qur'an. whether the miracles were there and whether they were yet to be uncovered, that does not chnge the faith of the muslims. If science is able to find itself in a symbiosis with God's words then that's not of our fault.

@Here4Years No I am not judging anyone's sincerity but my point if evidence was all that it takes for someone to convert, you would see many more converts. The fact of the matter is that it is their choice. Some people even admit that they know it is the truth, but for various reasons they do not embrace it. Some fear what people will say about them, some can't believe that they have been wrong for so many years, etc. It doesn't matter who converts, facts are facts.

Bible has too many versions, old testament, new testament, king james etc while Quran has only one version for 1400 years so the study from Quran is much more significant compare to bible or other books, and there are too many proven facts inside Quran from others.

If the Quran was so clear in their scientific wisdom, then there would be no need for scientists to discover these things because we'd already know about them.

@mattdd05 the Qur'an is not a science book, there are just 'ayats' in there which we believed in ever since ever and that it's only now that Science is able to come up with a rationale besides faith, on about the truth of the words of the Qur'an. whether the miracles were there and whether they were yet to be uncovered, that does not chnge the faith of the muslims. If science is able to find itself in a symbiosis with God's words then that's not of our fault.

(no comments). and! there can not be a reinterpretation of the Qur'an, The Qur'an and its exegesis (tafsir) came along - the tafsir is made up of the hadith which are the parole of the Prophet(pbuh), and which is really the explanation of the Qur'an. - they go together.

@Here4Years No I am not judging anyone's sincerity but my point if evidence was all that it takes for someone to convert, you would see many more converts. The fact of the matter is that it is their choice. Some people even admit that they know it is the truth, but for various reasons they do not embrace it. Some fear what people will say about them, some can't believe that they have been wrong for so many years, etc. It doesn't matter who converts, facts are facts.

As it is with the same for "proof" of science in the Bible, it are modified translations with modern or "suitable" synonyms for ancient words, wishful/twisted interpretations of poetic phrases and wild associations with modern knowledge.
