@TheAcrobaticNinja thanks for your fast answer :D actually I´m a girl but I really want to learn this planche I know its way harder for girls but maybe I can do this too with hard practicing I always was a fan of people who could do this
Im about to watch your finished product. I think anybody who wants to do the Planche needs to see your vids. good work. How long did it take for you to reach this point?
dude your insanely strong and i hate you because no matter how hard i try i cant do the levers. and i dont seem to be improving in my planche training. i dont want to not make progress!!!
I just started doing some planche exercises it's very hard I want to know what the biggest issue is...Is it balancing or lack of strength? I find that it's very hard to balance meaning I can never get my legs in the air they keep falling to the ground...am a person who works out regularly but never really did a lot of planche exercises
You are pretty young and have impressive strength. I had been training for martial arts for long time. Now, for 2 days I am trying to do planche and I can say it is hard candy : )) I have started with advanced workout from first day. Also, I do some bench press to increase power in the chest. Was wondering how long you have been training, huh? Just need to have in mind how long should I be training considering that I am 18 and have more strength of course.
@carnotmachine Thanks alot! Basicly yeah. I really wanna learn the planche so I train alot at the moment. Some times i go to gymnastic and those days i don't workout at home. And some days I work harder than the other but I want to train alot! :D
Nice work man. Good strength:body weight ratios. It looks like you need to work your lower back. You have the pushup down. It just looks like core strength building and you are set. I'm the opposite haha.. I actually have the core strength and I'm missing the shoulder strength. I started doing resistance training and I am so close. I'll post a video when I have it.
@soadman85 Haha thanks. Mabye you are right, but i really just need to improve both to be strong enough for planches. But i'm getting closer. Hope i'm getting there soon! :D
@bboyskipe I have been training for 5 months now I think. But the first 2-3 months I didn't train as hard as i do now! I realised that i was getting closer when i could do advanced tuck planche so now i train so hard to get it!
Id like to see how you get on with this, you seem farly close
Ive JUST learnt A planche and it took about a month hard work from your stage
One thing though, you had a six pack and your muscles show well tadada, but you look really skinny. I mean, youve probably got a high matabilism (and being skinny is really good for planches) but Id advice to get, well, a little bigger. (its healthy!)
I found a very good exercise to be handstand push-ups where you get your body as horizontal as you can hold whilst pushing up. Other exercises i do come from a pull up bar- like leg lifts and pull ups (wide grip to do neck in front then chin in front) along with average exercises like push ups and sit ups (my biggest tip, is constantly try to make it harder- add a twist or a different body position etc)
nice home cinema system:))

If you get the planche down by the time in the next year or so, imagine what you'll be able to do when you're 18 if you decide to keep progressing!

@Fhenry Strenght is the major part of the planche. You can feel the balance when you lean so thats not the problem :)
TheAcrobaticNinja 10 months ago
@Fhenry strench= balance.. when you are strong enough you will get balance...

@TheAcrobaticNinja when you come to the point when you can do human flag for 10seconds+ you'll have no trouble doing planche :D

deadagain33 1 year ago
@deadagain33 One month from my stage? Then I must be close! I have to work harder then. What types of excercises did you do to reach it? :D
- I'm skinny but i dont think i'm too skinny. I do gymnastics so I dont want to get too big.
Matabilism? :D I don't know what that is but i don't have any eating disorder or anything. I train alot and eat ALOT! All the time! :D
