Same problem here with a similar PSU in my new PC and same problem in other old computer. I'll try this:/watch?v=40lAkQuoNdA Anyway, remember, generic PSU like this sucks.
It sounded like a loose wire trapped inside hitting the fan every so often, or the air from the fan causing it to hit the sides of the psu. But you'd have seen that if you opened it, so probably not.
My psu is making a whiny sound like a cricket, a series of electronic chirruping sounds. Ima going to take it out of computer and try to put some oil into the centre of the fan thing like one of your videos showed :-)

sounds like the fan is hitting something take it apart to see wht the problem is.

Just a bad PSU fan thats off balanced from the inners from spinning... just open it and replace it with a better make...

piece of junk i just scrapped it , bought a new power supply $42 bucks and now nice and silent.
