It doesen't matter if it has the watch in HD option, Because it wasn't recorded in HD, so all this does is nothing, or upscales it, this is definitly not HD.

@s5sprite What about for the videos that use a HD Camera?? Maybe they don't have a video editor so Movie Maker would be there only option to edit with. So this does help

@s5sprite what if they want to edit it??What if you made a video using a HD Camera and you have multiple clips and You need to fit it into one video and wanted HD? How do you think you could do that without using any programs??

@s5sprite then this is only for the use of editing then?? If you want to upload the raw file then do so. But then this method of getting HD is only if you want to edit your videos.

I'm not sure what version you use, but before I got Windows 7 (which leaded me to get Windows Movie Maker 2.6) on my Vista system when you publish the movie, under other settings, if you click XBox quality, it will upload to HD on youtube. It worked for me.

it wont let me download the papajohn thing. its a .prx file and it says i dont hav that. what do i need to download it???

The File type does not matter. Just got to Program Files then go to the Windows Movie Maker or Windows Movie Maker 2.6 and go to Shared. After make a new folder called Profiles and then just drage it in that file. After restart Movie Mkaer once you have the video press the My computer on Publish then go to the drop down menu and click on WMV-HD 1280-720. Hope you like this video and hope this helped
