@M1919A Quit trying to correct the right and replace with the wrong. The gas masks in the video, even reporter, are M95. The M15 has the filter centerline to the face and don't appear radically different than those used in WWI. All you had to do was do a little research so you would not look like a fool.

@Robbob9933 If you look the mask has a 5 point system not a 6 point system like the M95 it may not be a M15 or it might be if you look his hand is covering the bottom of the face piece and he is holding the filter place

The first time I watched Generation Kill and this scene came on, my husband (a Marine) was asleep next to me in bed.

I almost suffocated myself with a pillow because I was trying to silence my own laughter. I still have tears streaming, and laugh my butt off every time I watch this scene! LOL

The MOPP suit and mask protects against gas and the reporters one is too small so when he goes to pull the strap from the back of his MOPP jacket underneath his crotch to clip to the front (to secure it tight) it is so tight it gets jammed up his arse crack and he can't get it off again! haha.. so once they finish watching him struggle he yanks the strap out ripping a hole in his MOPP suit, now it's worthless... It's better explained in the book, it's a good read.
