I had "smart flip" on my vista machine to do that ring thing, but it seemed to me it was not efficient at all, so I got "switcher" which is some sort of exposé thing, although I like it better than the actual exposé :p

not that exciting ... even XP users can hit ALT + TAB to switch through windows without all the b.s. animation
