So if you have Flash installed on IE flash should work with your browser

Build>Build 'PROJECT NAME'

Then go to Documents>Visual Studio 2008> Project> 'PROJECT NAME'> bin> Debug> Then look for one with a BLUE WINDOW ICON

(Documents>Visual Studio 2008 , can be replaced with wherever you installed it to.

Making a game in C++ has nothing to do with Visual Basic, even as you might think it does.

As you comment, i don't think you know C++? So find some time to learn the basic. Make some small programs, and later make games like Ping pong, or Tic Tac Toe. Then move up, read books and documentation. Thats my advice :) If you think of making games too fast. You might never come very far.

Documentation! Documentation, it seems almost all new to C++ avoid Their Documentation, and thats a shame since thats the most up to date help you can get. Start making some simple programs like a calculator, text based RPG (Simple one). And then try find an easy 3D language (If 3D is your choise). Like OpenGL, and later DirectX hope this helps.
