  • He's like a Canadian Van dam

  • GSP is a Canadian ninja!

  • plyometrics is is a scientific workout, just because you call something plyometrics doesn't make it so. Nothing these people are doing is even close to plyometrics and honestly most of it I wouldn't even call explosive training. What your training is muscular endurance, don't get me wrong it looks real good for doing this, but let's call it what it is. Stop using buzz words and getting people hyped for the wrong thing.

  • @Consciouslivingbiz Hi, Marketing & the 21st century would like to have a word with you

  • @Damaxyz I bought this video series after I made that comment, because it's my job, so I pretty much by all the new training material that comes out. So now I can give you my full report. If your a complete newbie this would be a great place to start, rather you want to fight or just get in shape. If your intermediate to advance don't bother not worth the price, you'll out grow it with in 2 weeks or you'll probably already doing most of the exercise. Nothing new here.

  • @Damaxyz Absolutely no plyometrics, but they do have a whole video dedicated to explosive training. This is the part where as if you are a complete beginner this would be a great place to start, especially if you have nobody to train with. If you have been training for 6 months or longer and you're looking to get this to increase your explosiveness STOP!!! don't waist your money. Plyometrics and explosive training is highly complex, you'll be better off just doing Olympic lifts.

  • that girl is soooooooooooo hott!!

  • Amazing GSP, I'm using this for wrestling.

  • is it ok to substitute cardio with one of the bonus workout DVDS??

  • @ChuckNorris813 Yes, if can't do regular cardio or would prefer to skip it, we recommend the Balance & Agility workout or the Fight Conditioning workout as a replacement.

  • These are the kinds of things we do for soccer training but followed by 1 lap around the track after each set. This type of training is the hardest

  • @spittingcamel01 i dont think soccer players use weights when there training but i could be wrong

  • @auzzie8778 Well we don't regularly do it when doing plyometrics but it's similar and very torturous. Not saying i work harder then GSP but we do a lot of plyometrics to the point where you puke and your body's shaking. In my opinion we overtrain and it could be bad at times

  • @auzzie8778 no they dont really, just do basic drills like running, passing, shooting nothing like this

  • @rohleks lol though so

  • i got gassed out watching this

  • You better impress GSP with your performance.

  • these are not workouts gsp trains. this is nothing compared to it.

  • first 2 rounds of explosive power training are harder then the last 3 lol

  • ive completed intermediate once doing it again because i was not satisfied with my performance but this time im beasting it up ready for advanced

  • THE BIGENIN THE END LOL!

  • gsp is tired because he goes at like twice the pace of these other chumps. man knows how to work hes not pretending to be tired

  • @schapadap you probably haven't seen Insanity, or Insanity: The Asylum workout programs.

They are both a couple times tougher than this.

  • @LPmotionpictures well ya i know there are harder programs than this but someone was asking why GSP looks so tired if hes in such great shape.

  • @LPmotionpictures I have done, Insanity, P90x and GSP Rushfit and to be honest Rushfit has so far been the best for core strength and conditioning and quite a bit better for agility. As far as how tough the programs are is concerned, that is all down to your own personal approach to the workouts, the better shape you are in the further you can push the intensity of the workouts and it is not good for those who are badly out of shape to excercise to intensely

  • Say goodbye to P90X

  • It's really motivating when you're following along with the DVD doing the excercises feeling fine, and GSP constantly looks like he's struggling and about to have a stroke

  • @SpyWhoLovedHimself

he's probably either doing all this after his actual workout (the man trains 8 hours a day, 7 days a week).... or he's pretending to groan in pain to make you feel better ;)

  • i want GTP too be my personal trainer!

  • can he dunk?

  • his calves are even bigger than Brock lesnar's

  • what is that beautiful music from start to 0:08?

  • if the girl follows there everything, then she's a badass

  • @sequalofdecay: Yes and No! The DVDs come with a calendar and for a week and a half it's pretty much in a sequential order, but after that they switch it up on you. Keep in mind that with any workout if you don't switch it up it becomes stale, and you develop muscle memory. At that point your body adapts and your progression is minimum.

  • @psalas71 dam my dvd's didnt come with the calendar in it! i called the number and they are extremely rude and won't help me out. Now i got all these dvd's and no calendar!! this sucks! thanks for the info!

  • I recently join the Renzo Gracie Bronx Martial Arts Academy; where I am learning Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, I'm a regular at the gym and in decent shape. But I soon found out that I wasn't in the kinda shape I needed to be in for Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Well my wife ordered me the GSP RUSHFIT DVDs and it's made a world of a difference; I have a long way to go but I definitely feel the difference. Go out and get a copy you won't regret it. "OSS!"

  • @psalas71 hey bro do you have to watch the dvds in a certain order? I know theres a beginner, intermediate and advanced part or somethin like that. I just ordered them and want to know a little bit on how to watch them and what not. Message me back if u have a chance, thanks!

  • and that my friends is why George is the best

  • this is your chance to train with me, JOGH st PEGH

  • @Adiga69 hahahahahahahahaha

  • @Adiga69 LMAO!!

  • gsp is great but he really s-cks at making reclames

  • these are just his warm ups

  • i wonder he actually uses these movements for his training

  • @renanthonylao nope, he trains on a olympic level boxers conditioning. This is sort of like p90x. Battling ropes, kettlebells, weight vest, and etc, i would stick to those for training

  • @renanthonylao try it for 2 week than your gonna know he does :)
