  • if you go right click on the desktop and click screen resoultion and then you and rotat it from there

  • @joemattnac Ya, that would work too, but the holding down ctrl + alt + Arrow key works great (I'm pretty sure thats the hotkey)

  • I tried installing Windows 8 Developer Preview on this one using most Vista drivers and its works fine, even surprised that the fingerprint scanner did work. Some windows 8 builtin apps wasnt working.

  • @chelbr Cant wait for the final windows 8 to try on it!

  • @chelbr I would be interested to try it on this Fujitsu as well.

  • awsome

  • how much it cost?

  • I got it to work with windows 7 ultimate upgraded to 1GB ram first. Used P1510 drivers from the Fujitsu Singapore website. Only caveat, after it auto rotates it automatically increases resolution from 1024x600 to 1024x768 it's a pain in the you know what, but it works nonetheless.

  • i thought windows 7 required 1g of ram?

  • @flukebullet1987 Thats reccomended - but I have put it on a couple 512 MB machines - of course it's not the best performance but it works :)

  • @flukebullet1987 there's an easy work around, google it

  • Nice! How does Linux run on it?

  • @fallenspirit123 Well, as of right now, I have only tried Lubuntu - which ran very nice! The one issue I had so far though was that I couldn't get the wacom tablet stuff to work, so I am currently installing Ubuntu since there is a lot of documentation on it :) I'll let ya all know (watch for future vids)

  • With linux mint or puppy linux it would run faster

  • @GRdestroyerH2 Yupp - tried Lubuntu, and now installing Ubuntu to see how things work.

  • Try turning off some windows features you don't need in control panel and turning off all they effects like show window content while dragging, I'm pretty sure you know how to do that stuff and it might save you some ram also if you use window classic theme. :)

  • @genuinebbuck Thanks for the tips bro! Ya.. I had to do all that on my old HP laptop - helped a lot. If I were to keep the Windows 7 install on this thing, I would for sure do that, but today I have been playing around with a couple Linux distros hehe :)
