  • nice pull ups, thats alot of weight. Shame many ppls watching this dont know the variations of pull ups and what each one does.  Everyone only knows the chin-up/dead hang pull ups. theres other types that work specific sections of the back/arms. Good work though lifting that much =)

  • are you serious, "Asians are built for size". Asians cant even walk or run properly.This guy is a body builder. Regular Asians aren't as big as him.They are mostly skinny and medium height, for example Bruce lee.Although Lee is ripped he was rather short and skinny. There might be a few more big Asians but that's it for now. Just to clarify when we talk about Asians, im saying mostly the ones who look Chinese.

    And wtf? about walking/running. All the best mountain runners/hikers are from the himalayan area. That is surely the most demanding form of walking and running.

    Chinese are also owning olympic weightlifting and are pretty good at womens distance running.

  • Most of what they do is quite useful. Ping pong/badminton for reflexes. Martial arts for fighting. What else do you need to know? How to kick a ball around? How to slide down snow? Fun, but not useful.

None hold any records or have won any Mr Olympia titles and yet they make up something like 2 3rds of the worlds population. I don't hate Asians nor do I deny that some are abnormally strong but that comes down to individual genetics and training technique. You can't group all Asians in the same boat. Just my opinion, no offense.

  • your comment yobolion about his a/c joint.what is it?.ime a plasterer who also trains and ive got a burning ache in the same place its fuckin murder.

  • The ac joint holds the shoulder socket in place if it is swollen it should appear as a rounded ball on the end of your shoulder blade exercises done incorrectly such as Bench press or pull ups can aggravate it! As a plasterer you must also have to move weights above your head and this could also damage this joint! You should see a GP or Physio for accurate diagnosis good luck! Mine was damged during a too heavy bench press!

  • Ease up on the weight for a bit and go for the full range and perfect form. You'll be doing it with 30kgs properly in no time.
