Not so: that is a different person on lead. Note he is not wearing glasses -- the guy on the far right is the lead on Uptown Girl. I think this guy just has a great voice.

the lead is awesome, but why isn't anyone commenting on the bass. I'm not a bass singer but come on, that guy is keeping the tempo... and he is keeping the chords moving. you can never have to much bass if the bass sounds good
