You can't take it end to end like BBall players because in hockey you will get your shit rocked. Plus when your mad at sombody you can drop the gloves and beat the shit out of them

ive played bball at a high school level and same with hockey and i can tell you this you are always going to get fouled in bball while in hockey they will check you so hard you will see double!!!!and hockey players have padding on so they cant stay on as long...and in 30 seconds in hockey if you work hard you sweat the same amount as the average bball player in 5min!!because it takes more heart and soul to play hockey

Hockey and soccer players have the best conditioning. Ask any sports doctor. You could smoke crack and still be a basketball player. You say you have played hockey. Ha ! I bet they kicked you off the team so you could play some sissy sport. Looks like you accomplished that. You obviously do not know anything about the game or the true heart that it takes to play. NBA is loosing ground to the NHL and the NHL does'nt even have the big TV contracts yet. People are tired of the phoniness of NBA stars and how they talk trash all the time knowing full well they will be protected. You talk trash in hockey and you get your face punched in the next shift. Thats why fighting keeps it real. With phony refs, inflated egos and cry-baby mentality, NBA players and the game just sucks.

The NHL is better. The NBA is silly. The players are all idiots with their gang tattoos, jewelry, dancin', etc. They fight like bitches too. Everything is a stupid foul in basketball. The officiating is horrible. There isn't one player in the NBA who'd last more than 30 seconds in the NHL.

i have watched a dunk contest and the things they can do is amazing but if u have ever watched a shootout contest and seen some of the amazing moves and the creativity of the players shooting are unreal
