I don't know why so many people give Muslims a hard time for fasting. How hard is it to respect others?? I respect my Muslim friends when they are fasting and sometimes I fast with them when people tease them just to let them know that I am there for them. They respect me for not eating meat in accordance to my faith. I have found Muslims to be very friendly people.
That's mean to just taunt ppl out of ignorance for their beliefs, they didn't have to make fun of them, i don't see what's so funny about muslims fasting, or doing something diff. then the norm is doing?
Wow it is really hard to fast in America. Hi! I'm from malaysia and i'm muslim. there if you're not fasting then you're gonna be teased like "look everybody she's not fasting" then everybody will laughed at me...
this was kinda funni lool at my school, during ramadan, only like 3 or 4 of us fast. we are not even in the same lunch period, it sucks so bad. and my friends are like "wanna cookie, want chips, thirsty, mmmmm brownies, ooh look fries, hey we're havin cokes, want one" and on and on and on!!!!! but i say alhamdulillah, we become stronger people! we learn to have will power and if not for allah, than who?
it is really nice to see that no one is dis-ing their religion. it makes me proud that the people that aren't muslim can understand and respect their lifestyle, even if their theology is different than ours.
lol part at 2:30 was really funny :) at my school people give me really really weird looks when i tell them about ramadan lol.. cause i'm like the only muslim u could say..
where i live in america the high school i went to,we dont even worry about it the school is like 95% muslims/arabs even the principal and assistant principals are muslim
in england it diffrent we see all the non-muslims eat and were ok with it,but the non-muslims do ask a lot of questions.anyways this was a good video.ans you should make another 1 with the same people and see how they feel about fasting how they get older
in indonesia (well, in most parts) hardly anyone eats during ramadan. muslims, christians, buddhists, hindus.. eating before dawn and opening at maghrib.
haha that's why we have a saying "fast or don't fast, you still fast"
oh! and in the spirit of Eid
Taqabalallahu minna wa minkum, shiyaamana wa shiyaamakum
Fasting in America sounds so much harder; I mean everyone around them is eating. We don't have that is Saudi Arabia I mean you don't even see any one eating , chewing gum or even smoking.
Alhumdolillah, it always refreshing to see the youth engaged in their deen despite the obstacles and pressure they may be confronted with. Keep up the good work!!!
Im doing it right now, it is quite hard

No, it's not. It's sooo easy. :) I'm a new-ish Muslim, and did it for the first time this year and it was so much easier than I expected. :D
